Ruby Gendron Obituary

Ruby Beatrice Gendron, 95 of Allegan, Michigan, passed away Friday, October 13, 2023 at Allegan County Medical Care Community. Born April 13, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Dorothy (Richmond) Gendron. After high school, Ruby attended Bible College in a four-year program, graduated with honors, and then moved to Florida where she was a teacher in daily Bible Study for children. She also worked as an office manager for Skybolt Insurance for many years.

Along with her parents, Ruby was preceded in death by her two brothers, Alfred Gendron, Jr., and John Gendron; and her three sisters, Phyliss Gendron Watterworth, Frances Gendron Lash, and Audrey Gendron.

Ruby is survived by one brother, Thomas Gendron, Sr.; and two sisters, Mary Gendron Gavrun, and Alice Gendron.

After a memorial service, Ruby will be laid to rest in the family section of Shavehead Cemetery in Jones, Michigan.
