Kay K. (Foster) Looman

Kay K. Looman, 88 of Allegan, Michigan, passed away Monday, April 10, 2023 at Wings Home in Allegan, Michigan.  Born May 10, 1934 in Allegan, Michigan, she was the daughter of the late Gerald Foster and Kathleen Kelley and the wife of the late Douglas Dwayne Looman.  Kay enjoyed nature, especially owls, and fishing.  She had a big heart for animals and was recently feeding several feral cats until they could be rescued.  Kay enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Kay is survived by one daughter, Diane Looman; six grandchildren, Luke Jones, Max Jones, Julie (Garry) Looman-Kajkowski, Jody (Josh) Holmes, Derek (Patti) Looman, Emily Looman; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; daughter in law, Kathy Looman; and three sisters, Vicki (Dale) Tuffelmire, Lacey (Tom) Johnson, and Laurel (Jack) Irons.

Along with her parents and her husband, she is preceded in death by her children, Dennis Looman, Derek Looman, and Denise Priebe; daughter-in-laws, Joyce Looman and Denise Looman; son-in-law, Richard Priebe; her granddaughter, Diana Looman; her siblings, Joan Williams, Clayton Foster, and Farrell Foster; and her stepmother, Rose Foster.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Kay will be laid to rest in Hudson Corners Cemetery, Allegan Township, next to her husband.
