Allegan, MI,died Saturday, October 13, 2007 at the Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo. Mrs. Avery was born February 18, 1946 in Allegan, the daughter of Virgil and Arlene (Litzenberger) Demmary. Dianne graduated from Allegan High School and received her masters degree in Criminal Justice from Cal State University of Long Beach. She was a member of the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Allegan. Surviving are her husband, Leo; 1 daughter, Trena and Brad Wagner of Nebraska; 6 grandchildren; several half-sisters. She was preceded in death by her son, Leo Jr. Friends may meet with the family from 4-6 p.m. Thursday at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, where the Rosary will be recited at 5:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 6:30 p.m Thursday at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.
