Anthony Steven Caldarona of Allegan, Michigan, flew into the arms of Jesus surrounded by his family on his birthday, January 28th. Tony was born in Allegan, Michigan to the late Anthony and Josephine (Trandicosta) Caldarona on January 28, 1957.
Tony was a wonderful husband to his wife of 25 years, Rania. He was a loving father to his six children, Brandy Ruthruff, Daniel (Bethany) Caldarona, Billy (Kris) Meade, Elizabeth (Ryan) Capson, Shawn (Jeanette) Caldarona, and Bradley Caldarona (Jacqueline Hall).
He was an awesome grandpa to his 12 grandchildren, Tommy, Hannah, Brookly, Zach, Sophia, Bailey, Elliot, Chaz, Gabby, Nicholas, Isabele, and Mia; and one great-granddaughter, Delilah; along with a special lady, Caroline Wolf.
He was a super brother to Vince (Jane) Caldarona and Gloria (Marv) Vogler; and he loved all his nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles as well.
Tony loved the Lord with all his heart and soul and served Him through his musical talents as a worship leader at several churches. He became an ordained minister/pastor and spoke the Word of Jesus anywhere he had the opportunity. He loved visiting nursing homes to share his music and love of Jesus with them. He also served in the jail ministry spreading the Gospel. Tony enjoyed golf and having breakfast with friends and family. He also loved coaching youth baseball and encouraged every player to do their best while having fun doing so.
He was employed by the City of Allegan and enjoyed waving to and talking to people he would see during his work hours.
Tony will be remembered for his love of his family and friends, but most of all, for his love for his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, whom he is now singing praises to in Glory.
He will be missed by all who knew him. The world is now a bit darker without his light shining for all to see.
Friends may meet with the family on Saturday, February 11, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Allegan Bible Church located at 412 Sherman Street in Allegan where the Celebration of Life service will begin at 12:00 PM, followed by a luncheon.
