of Allegan, died Monday, June 1, 2015, at his home. Al was born February 6, 1925, in Millbrook, Ontario, the son of Victor and Mable (Millard) Lambert. He was a Veteran of the Canadian Air Force, and had worked for over 31 years at Rockwell in Allegan. He was a member of the Assembly of God Church since 1952, and had been the pastor for 15 years. Surviving are his wife: Elizabeth Ann; 4 children: Dennis and Pam Lambert, Janice and Paul Hays, Roger and Vicki Lambert, Paul and Kari Lambert; 6 step children: Charlie Hamm, Timothy and Michelle Hamm, Debra and Christopher Miller, Nancy and James Shelton, Timothy and Melissa McKee, Patrick McKee; 23 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; brother-in-law: Rudy Ellinger; sisters-in-law: Julie Ellinger and Marilyn Ellinger; many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his wives: Myrta and Mary; step daughter: Kathleen; mother and father-in-law: Gertrude and Waldo Ellinger; brother: Venner Lambert; sister: Lenore Aikens; brother-in-law: Arthur Ellinger. Friends may meet with the family on Thursday, June 4, 2015, from 6-8 pm at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, where funeral services will be held Friday at 1 pm. Pastors Paul Hays and Roger Lambert will officiate. Interment at Hudson Corners Cemetery, Allegan Twp. Memorials may be made to the Assembly of God Church, or the Wings of Hope Hospice.
