of Allegan, died Saturday, July 30, 2011, at the Allegan County Medical Care Facility. Mrs. Haas was born September 22, 1921, in Allegan, the daughter of Dude and Clara (Funk) Jennings. She was a life member of the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Surviving are her 2 grandchildren; William and Kristy Haas of Dorr, John and Opal Haas of Ohio, 8 great grandchildren, her sister, Ruth McClellan of Allegan, several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe, son, William Sr., granddaughter, Tammy, brother, Grover, sister, Helen McCarn, brother-in-law, John McClellan, daughter-in-law, Kay Haas. Friends may meet with the family on Wednesday, August 3, from 6-8 pm at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, where the Rosary will be recited at 6 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church on Thursday at 11 am. Rev Fr. Alan P. Jorgensen, Celebrant. Interment Hudson Corners Cemetery, Allegan Twp. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Blessed Sacrament Church, Allegan County Medical Care Facility, or the Wings of Hope Hospice.
