Yvonne Charlotte Hitts, 73, passed away peacefully on February 14, 2026 at Ely Manor in Allegan MI. Born in the Netherlands on July 22, 1952, she later came to the United States, where she became a United States citizen in 1956.

She was the daughter of the late Dick and Diane Dewolf. On September 22, 1969, she married the love of her life, Jack Lewis Hitts Sr., who preceded her in death on July 4, 2023.

She is survived by her daughter, Naomi Suzanne Dalton of Sedalia, MO, and son, Jack Lewis Hitts Jr. and wife Jennifer of Hopkins, MI; her brothers, Dick Jr., Nick and his wife Greta, and Joe; 9 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her brother Ted and his wife Nina, and sister-in-law Marilyn.

Yvonne enjoyed her cats, puzzles, computer games, and a good debate. When she wasn't wrapped up in world news, you could often find her conversing about a multitude of subjects with family and friends.

Memorial service arrangements will be announced at a later date.
