of Allegan, died Thursday, October 4, 2012, at Hospice of Holland. Yvonne was born September 4, 1948, in Allegan, the daughter of Quinton and Wilmetta (Crews) Gowens. Yvonne worked for GE for 27 years. Surviving is her fiancAC. Jim Cook of Hamilton; her sister Denise Simpson; nieces Rochelle, Rinelle; great nieces Katrina, Ebony; great nephews Alex, Xavier; as well as many cousins. She is preceded in death by her father Quinton, her mother Wilmetta and her brother Ricky. Friends may meet with the family on Saturday, October 13, from 11-12 P.M. at Christ Community Church, 3370 113th Avenue, Allegan, where the Memorial Service will be held at 12 P.M.
