Valley Twp., Allegan, MI, died Monday, November 8, 2004 at the Allegan General Hospital. Mr. Strickfaden was born April 22, 1944 in Allegan, the son of Howard and Katherine (Hathaway) Strickfaden. Surviving are his wife, Marion (Wilkinson); 2 children, Guy Strickfaden and Carmen Strickfaden-Covington, both of Allegan; 3 sisters, Betty (Fred) Scofield, Karen (Russ) Wells, and Gay (Larry) Butcher, all of Allegan; 2 sisters-in-law, Juanita (Jack) Prolo of Allegan and Mary Strickfaden of Burnips; 2 brothers-in-law, Dale Holloway of Allegan and Jerry Wilkinson of Florida; 2 aunts, Iva Jean Russell of Fennville, and Terri Strickfaden of Allegan, 1 uncle, Robert Strickfaden, of Grand Rapids; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; best friends, Albert and Diane Christman and Howard and Donna Wells, all of Allegan. He was preceded in death by an infant son, a brother, John Strickfaden, in 1998, and sister, Janice Holloway, in 2002. Memorial graveside services will be held Monday at 1 p.m. at Rowe Cemetery, Cheshire Twp. Wanda Scofield officiating.
