Allegan, MI, died Thursday, August 26, 2004 at his home. Jeff was born July 1, 1963 in Holland, the son of William and Virginia (Phelps) Kelley. He was a graduate of Allegan High School, class of 1982 and had been employed at the Holland Haworth Plant for 20 years. Surviving are his wife, Carol; 2 daughters, Natisha and Shawna Kelley, both of Allegan; mother, Virginia Kelley Laws of Allegan; 3 sisters, Glenda Kelley, Kim (Sean) Haight, and Kathy Smith, all of Allegan; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Richard and Lillian Hitchcock of Allegan; 2 brothers-in-law and 1 sister-in-law, Richard (Diane) Hitchcock, Raymond (April) Hitchcock, and Candy Strickfaden, all of Allegan; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father in 1984 and a sister, Brenda, in 1974. Friends may meet with the family from 3-5 p.m. Sunday at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, where funeral services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. Pastor Nathan Kelch officiating. Interment Poplar Hill Cemetery, Monterey Twp., MI. Contributions may be made to the family.
