Healy, William Edsel, of Allegan, passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at his home in Allegan, Michigan. He was born February 5, 1943 in Windsor, Canada, the son of Leon M. and Theda C. (Barett) Healy. William loved his family and was a dedicated employee at Lear Corporation in Holland, Michigan for over 20 years. He was also a member of the Allegan Eagles. In his spare time, William enjoyed playing music, coin collecting or just being outside. He especially loved playing with his grandchildren. William is survived by his children: Melissa Wells and Carol Henrickson, Rusty Wells and Kelli Steinman, Jeff and Tracy Wells, Amy Wells and John Hastings; seven grandchildren: Cora and Darin Edwards, Andrew, Elijah, Josh, Karlie, Austin and Chelsea; four great grandchildren: Alyssa, Darin, Emma and Holly; two brothers: Allen Healy and Richard Healy; two sisters: Mary Pittman and Shirley; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barb; two brothers: Jack Healy and Jim Healy; and two sisters: Patricia and Dolores. A gathering will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2016 from 2:00 - 6:00 PM at the Allegan Eagles, 110 Chestnut Street.
