Walter, who many called Bud, went to be with the Lord on December 30, 2016. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Kay Ladwig (Allegan) and his only daughter, Patricia Ladwig (Allegan). He is survived by two grandchildren, Steve Chavez and Angela and Ernie McDaniel (Allegan) and five great-grandchildren; Brooklynn and Silas McDaniel and Aidan, Steven, and Shae Chavez. He spent most of his time running a TV/ VCR business out of his home. He was a very active person. He was an amazing baseball player and bowled professionally on a league for many years. Bud was a frequent coffee drinker at Village Inn and a diehard Cubs fan. In recent years, he spent leisure time golfing with friends and working on crossword puzzles was his pastime. He was a very loved husband, father, papa and great-papa. He will be dearly missed. There will be no services at this time.
