of Gobles, formerly of Otsego, died Sunday, August 26, 2012, at the Wings Home in Allegan. Mrs. Crans was born October 23, 1932, in Kalamazoo, the daughter of Harry and Ivalo (Armour) Bouchard. Virginia married Henry on June 8, 1951, and they enjoyed 61 years together. She worked at Parker Hannifen in Otsego for 25 years, retiring in 1990. Surviving are her husband, Henry, 3 children; Ron and Kate Crans, Linda and Carl Price, Rose and Ernie Matthews, 8 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 1 great great granddaughter, her sister, Marg and Russell Boone, many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her 2 brothers; Mert and Clifford. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 1, 2012, at the Gobles United Methodist Church at 2pm, with a time to visit 1 hour prior to service.
