Vernice M. Parrish, 89, formerly of Allegan, died Sunday, September 28, 2003 at Lifecare Center of Plainwell. Mrs. Parrish was born July 17, 1914 in Allegan, MI the daughter of Ray and Charlotte (Kent) Sturgis. Surviving are many cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband Clarence. The Funeral Service will be held Thursday 1:00 pm with viewing beginning at 12 Noon at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel. Pastor Dean Beckwith of Immanuel Lutheran Church officiating. Interment Oakwood Cemetery, Allegan.
