Troy "Bird" Arthur Perrin, 34 of Grand Rapids, Michigan passed away on Thursday, May 6, 2021 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Born December 4, 1986 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, he was the son of Douglas Perrin and Tina Denton. Known to friends and family as Bird, Troy was a unique individual who had many winning qualities. He was fun loving and outgoing, quite a daredevil, an enthusiast of music and went out of his way to make others laugh. He was a jack of all trades, a welder, and an artist who loved to draw and even taught himself how to give tattoos by practicing on oranges, grapefruits, and even family and friends. He had so many abilities and was never afraid to try new things. Bird was fortunate enough to have a close-knit family which he loved dearly. Spending time with his beautiful daughter and wonderful nieces, Bird made all of them feel very special and made sure they knew he loved them. His fun and crazy personality will be sorely missed amongst his friends and especially his family, but hopefully the memories and love that was shared, allows for many more cherished times together to recall such a free-spirited soul. Bird is survived by his daughter, Addison Perrin; his mother, Tina (Maston Conley) Denton; his father, Douglas (Jane Toscano) Perrin; his two brothers, Cory (Amanda) Perrin and Jason Perrin; his three nieces, Kennedy, Chloe and Jaylee Perrin; his grandmother, Darlene Denton; his grandmother, Kathy Perrin; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
