Allegan, MI, went to be with his Lord, Saturday, September 22, 2007 at his home, surrounded by his family. Mr. Wahl was born December, 6, 1965 in Sumter, South Carolina, the son of Tom & Annemarie (Taute) Wahl Sr. Tom and his family are members of the First Baptist Church in Allegan. He graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelors Degree in Math. He worked for Consumer Energy for the past 14 years. On August 2, 1991, Tom married Hope Steele, who survives; also 4 children, Dicia, Taylor, Joseph and Isabella; father, Tom and Paula Wahl of Bancroft; brother, Art and Angela Wahl and grandmother, Leona Taute, all of Owosso; several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother, Annemarie, in 1997. Friends may meet with the family Monday from 5-8 p.m. at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Allegan. Pastors Greg Carlson and James Turner officiating. Interment Hicks Cemetery, Watson Twp.
