Thomas Alan Radtke, 80 of Allegan, Michigan, passed away Saturday, May 1, 2021 at Vicinia Gardens in Otsego, Michigan. Born January 17, 1941 in Chicago, Illinois, he was the son of the late August and Corrine (Schuster) Radtke, Sr. and the husband of the late Esther (Porter) Radtke. Thomas was a long-time member of the First Baptist Church of Allegan and also attended the First Baptist Church of Plainwell. He worked for the Allegan County Sheriff's Department earlier in his career and then worked as an accountant for Milbocker and Sons, Inc. before retiring. When not working, Thomas had a passion for collecting coins and watching old western shows. He had a big heart and was liked by so many people. Thomas made an impact in their lives, especially his son's and grandchildren's lives. Thomas is survived by his son, Chris (Carrie) Radtke; two grandchildren, Vivian and Carissa; and four siblings, Nancy (Al) Yob, August "Bud" (Mollie) Radtke, Jr., Marge (Doug) Brown, and Kathy (Rick) Lussenden. The family will receive friends at Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, on Thursday, May 6, 2021 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM. There will be a graveside service held on Friday, May 7, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Oakwood Cemetery where Thomas will be laid to rest next to his wife, Esther. A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, May 7, 2021 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Plainwell. Service Details.
