of Allegan, died Friday, May 27, 2011 at his home. Tom was born August 15, 1952, in Allegan, the son of William and Mary (Roberts) Hastings. He was a diesel mechanic for over 30 years. He and his son loved to run and work on mud trucks. He loved his family and friends and will be sadly missed. Surviving are his son Bill Hastings of Allegan, his daughter Chris and Kevin Weirsma of Holland, 7 grandchildren; Blake, Kimberlee, Josylynn, Cory, Kaleb, Coty, and Kyle, his mother, Mary Hastings, of Allegan, his sister, Dee and Mike Knoll of Holland, A½ sister, Melody, A½ brother, Rick, 1 niece, Khaitlin, 1 nephew, Jason, Tom's companion, Bonnie McDonald. He was preceded in death by his dad, William, and brother, Billy. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2011, at 11 am, at the Millgrove Cemetery, Valley Twp.
