Terry Lynn Guelde, 61 of Hamilton, passed away at his home Tuesday, June 4, 2019. Born October 16, 1957 in Hamler, Ohio, he was the son of the late Herman and Johanna (VonSeggern) Guelde. Terry's favorite pastimes were hunting and fishing. He was an avid deer hunter and loved going to North Dakota with his best friend, Glenn, and spending time at the cabin. Some may say that he was quite a character and an elaborate storyteller. Although Terry loved hunting and fishing, some of his best times were spent just being a grandpa to his granddaughters. Spending time with them brought smiles, laughter and created wonderful memories to cherish. Terry leaves behind his children, Rebecca "Bub" Guelde, Patty Jo, Terry and Heather; his siblings, Geraldine Imbrock (Ohio), Shirley Meyer (Ohio), Herman F. Guelde (Ohio), Eugene R. Guelde (Alabama), James L. Guelde (Wyoming), Gary A. Guelde (Ohio); many nieces and nephews, along with many friends, including his best friend, Glenn, and good friend, Martha. He was preceded in death by his father, Herman R. Guelde; his mother, Johanna VonSeggern Guelde; his brothers-in-law, Larry Imbrock and Ken Myer. The family welcomes friends to join them for a Graveside Service to celebrate Terry's life on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Gibson Cemetery in Laketown Township, Pastor Brandon Beebe officiating.
