of Allegan, died Tuesday, April 10, 2012, at Alamo Nursing Home. Mrs. Busfield was born November 14, 1921, in Allegan, the daughter of Charles and Ethel (McDaniel) Clawson. Stella graduated from Allegan High School in 1974, she was a member of the Chicora Country Chapel. She worked at the Fennville Canary for many years. Surviving are her 5 children; John Busfield of Jackson, Ivan and Shelley Busfield of Allegan, Gary Busfield of Allegan, Wanda and Mark Wagers of Hopkins, and Darryl Busfield of Grand Rapids, 7 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, her sister, Ella Haas of Bloomingdale, several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marion, her daughter, Rita, 1 brother, John, and her A½ brother, Albert. Friends may meet with the family on Thursday, April 12, from 6-8 pm at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, where funeral services will be held Friday at 11 am. Pastor Herb Curry will officiate. Interment Lindsley Cemetery, Cheshire Twp. Memorials may be made to the Chicora Country Chapel.
