Stanley Leon Laskowski, 74, of Dorr, MI passed away Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at his home.  Born January 1, 1949 in Grand Rapids, he was the son of the late Leo D. and Ethel Marie (Sweezy) Laskowski and was the husband of the late Theresa Irene (Keenan) Laskowski.  Stanley had been a farmer throughout his life and also worked for a time in the construction trade.  He was a strong man with a heart of gold and had enjoyed many activities that brought him outdoors including hunting and fishing.

Stanley is survived by his children, Sheri Whitehead, Mary (Tom) Woodward, Christina (Mark) Elburn, Marty French, Angela Clevenger, Micki Hewartson, Amanda Eastman, Lacey Laskowski and Soney (Heather) Walton; twenty-eight grandchildren; and over thirteen great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at Gorden Funeral Residence, Hopkins Chapel, on Monday, September 11, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.  A funeral service will begin at 12:00 PM officiated by Pastor Chris Cronk.  Stanley will be laid to rest at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church Cemetery beside his wife, Theresa, immediately following.
