of Allegan, died Sunday, July 6, 2014, at the Allegan General Hospital. Sam was born June 21, 1929, in Salem Twp., the son of Sam and Elizabeth (Drier) Brooks. Surviving are his daughter: Ann Marie Berzley; 2 grandchildren: Gary and Stephani; 3 sisters: Shirley Engle, Joyce Thompson, Virginia and Bill Lane. He was preceded in death by his wife: Shirley, son: Mike, daughter: Janet, brother: Lyle. There will be no public services. Arrangements by the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel.
