of Allegan, died Saturday, April 7, 2012, at the Wings Home in Allegan. Sally was born June 28, 1936, in Alpena, the daughter of Allan and Fern (Moran) McNeil. She graduated from Alpena High School in 1954. She was a very involved member of Community of Christ, and was Ordained to the Office of Priest. She also attended the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd, and volunteered her time to help with the Community Closet. Sally worked for over 15 years with Perrigo Co., and also helped many people in the area with interior design. Surviving are her husband, Norman, 4 children; Allan Fiscus of Lansing, Colleen and Doug Carter of Virginia, Jeff and Kim Fiscus of Washington, and Rhonda and Phil Dinges of Baroda, 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, her brother, Joe and Diane McNeil of Grand Rapids, and her sister, Nancy and Rick Kobylinski of Chicago, several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her sister, Marie Reynolds. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 14, at 2pm at the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd in Allegan. Fr Tom Toeller-Novak, Elder Jean Ridenour, and Evangelist Richard Wiley will officiate. Memorials may be made to the Wings Home in Allegan, or the Community of Christ, Allegan Congregation.
