Trowbridge Twp., Allegan, MI, died Monday, September 6, 2004 at Spectrum Health - Butterworth campus. Mr. Snyder was born March 23, 1956 in Holland, MI, the son of Ted and Clara (Koetje) Snyder. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during the Vietnam Era and had been employed at Herman Miller in Zeeland for 26 years. He loved to hunt and fish and spend time at his property up north near Irons. Surviving are his wife, Linda; 3 children, Diane McMann of Allegan, Hollyann Snyder of Zeeland and Matthew Snyder of Allegan; 1 granddaughter, Tawne Rae McMann; mother and stepfather, Clara and Herm Webb of Zeeland; 3 brothers, Dave and Holleen Snyder of Holland, Ken and Shirley Snyder and John and Bev Snyder, all of Zeeland; 2 sisters, Margaret and John Surdam of Idaho and Gloria Snyder of Middleville; 1 stepsister, Donna Wright; 1 uncle, Pete Snyder; several nieces, nephews and cousins; close friends, Ed, Amy, and Davie Fitzgerald and Phil and Marcia VandenBerg. He was preceded in death by his father and a stepbrother, Gene Webb. Friends may meet with the family from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, where funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. Pastor Audley Boeve officiating.
