Ronald Keith Evans, 44 of Cheshire Township, passed away Friday, May 26, 2017 at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Ronald was born on July 27, 1972 in Dayton, Ohio, the son of Jimmie and Brenda (Trisdale) Evans. He had a true passion for cooking and thoroughly enjoyed creating his own dishes. One of Ronald's dreams was to work alongside his daughter and open their own restaurant together. Currently he had been working at Cheshire Hills Golf Course as their chef, providing great meals to its patrons. Ronald loved being outside and his favorite time of the year was hunting for morel mushrooms. Left to cherish Ronald's memory are his wife, Lori; his children, Madison Evans of Ohio and Ronald K. (RJ) Evans, Jr. of Ohio; his step-daughter, Jenn Delinski of South Carolina; his parents, Jimmie and Brenda Evans of Ohio; his sister, Melissa Evans of South Carolina and his nephew, Jordan Evans of South Carolina. The family is finalizing plans for a Celebration of Life to be held at the United Methodist Church in Allegan at a later date.
