Valley Twp., Allegan, MI, died Friday, April 19, 2002 at the Allegan General Hospital. Mr. Brabon was born Oct. 12, 1937 in Martin, the son of Bernath C. and Margaret E. (Gardner) Brabon. Surviving are his wife, Penny (Bloom); 9 children, Ron, Jr. of Jackson, Rhonda of North Carolina, Billy of Tennessee, Bobbie Jo of Bangor, Beau of Florida, Benjamin of Florida, Roger of Jackson, Rodney of Detroit and Missy of Florida; father, Bernath Brabon of Plainwell; 11 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; 8 brothers and sisters, Richard of Battle Creek, Robert of Allegan, Donna Wolfe of Martin, Eugene of Saugatuck, Marian Phelps of Texas, Wendy Price of Minnesota, Deborah Doll of Martin and Greg of Plainwell; mother-in-law, Donna Thompson; 2 brothers-in-law and 1 sister-in-law; several nieces, nephews and many friends.
