of Allegan, formerly of Six Lakes, died Friday, September 4, 2015, at Allegan County Medical Care Community. Mr. Bergman was born August 8, 1931, in Chicago, the son of Arthur and Ethel (Olson) Bergman. Ron was a Veteran of the United States Army, serving in Korea. He worked for over 25 years for Michigan Bell Telephone as a lineman. Surviving are his wife Mary Jane; 2 sons: Mark and Evelyn Bergman, and Dana Bergman; 2 grandchildren: Jason and Karah; 2 sisters: Beverly Pike, Barb and Tom Balgoyen. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Inger Bergman. Friends may meet with the family on Thursday, September 10, 2015 at 2 pm at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel. Private interment at Rosedale Memorial Garden in Grand Rapids.
