of Allegan, died Saturday, October 8, 2011. Age 50 years. He was born January 8, 1961, the son of the late Lloyd and Shirley (Margaret) Vote. He worked for Allegan Tubular for 20 years. He was a member of 4H and enjoyed fishing, hunting and bowling. Surviving are his son, Cecil Yerxa of Kentucky; his daughter, Lauren Polmanteer of Allegan; two sisters, Jackie (Paul) Strobridge of Allegan and Kelli Donovan of Otsego. Friends may meet with the family on Tuesday from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at the Gordern Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel. Following the visitation, family and friends are invited to a dinner at the V.F.W. Post in Otsego. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to 4H.
