Allegan, MI, died Thursday, November 16, 2006 at his home. Mr. Steele was born October 1, 1945 in Chicago, IL, the son of Ernest E. and Anna (Lyons) Steele. He had served in the U.S. Marines and earned a Bachelors Degree from Western MI Univ. He had been a friend of Bill W's for more than 14 years. Surviving are many close friends, and his three cats, who were his children. He was preceded in death by his parents. Military graveside services will be held Wednesday, Dec. 13, at 2 p.m. at Ft. Custer National Cemetery, Augusta. Arrangements by the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel.
