Allegan, MI, died Tuesday, July 4, 2006 at the Allegan General Hospital. Mr. Miller was born December 12, 1911 in Madison, WI, the son of Burr and Dora (Bouchard) Miller. He loved hunting, fishing and motorcycling. He also enjoyed woodworking and made grandfather clocks. He had been employed at Rockwell for 26 years. Surviving are his wife, Bertha (Myers), whom he married April 21, 1945; 2 children, Barb and Jack Bowen of Bloomingdale and Bob Miller of Allegan; 3 grandchildren; 1 brother and 2 sisters, Bert and Irene Miller, Helen Young and Donna Harter, all of Allegan; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by a brother and sister, Lawrence Miller and Dorothy James. Friends may meet with the family from 1:30 p.m. Friday until time of service at 3 p.m. Friday at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel. Rev. G. Patrick White officiating. Interment Oakwood Cemetery, Allegan.
