of Allegan, died Wednesday, January 1, 2014, at his home. Mr. Earl was born October 20, 1944, in Allegan, the son of the late, Lynn and Leola (LaGrange) Earl. Robert graduated from Allegan High School in 1962. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy. Robert worked for over 33 years in Kalamazoo, at the Fisher Body, GM Plant. Bob loved his family and had a tender heart for children, his door was always open to those in need of a warm house or a hot meal. Survivivng are his wife, Carol, his 2 children, Cindy Caldarona and her friend, Ken Goodwin, Scott and Carrie Earl, 3 grandchildren, Kirklynn, Jeffrey, Drake, 2 brothers, David Earl, Paul and Mary Earl, his sister, Nancy and Paul Wolf, many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his son, Jeffrey. Friends may meet with the family on Monday, January 6, 2014, from 6-8 pm, at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel.
