Robert Lee Clawson, 85, of Hopkins, MI passed away peacefully on Monday, July 5, 2021. Born January 26, 1936 in Hopkins, he was the son of the late Grover and Florence (Wuis) Clawson and the husband of Ludivina Gernale (Palasan). In addition to his wife, Ludy, Mr. Clawson is survived by his children, Romeldo Clawson, Joenalo Clawson (Tamara), Shannon Clawson, Anson (Lauren) Clawson and Crystalyn Clawson; siblings, Marrella Jean (David) Norman, Gerry (Karen) Clawson and Loretta (Emerson) Wall; and three grandchildren, Naomi, Kieran and Landon. The family will receive friends at the Clawson residence, 2281 126th Avenue, Hopkins, on Thursday, July 8, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held at the home on Friday, July 9, 2021 at 4:00 PM with burial to follow in Poplar Hill Cemetery.
