Allegan, MI, died Wednesday, March 2, 2005 at his home. Mr. Zaczek was born December 4, 1939 in Chicago, IL, the son of John and Stella (Swiatkowski) Zaczek. He was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and had been employed as a housekeeper for Allegan General Hospital for 5 years. Surviving are his wife, Carolyn (Eigenbauer); 5 children, John (Sheryl) Zaczek and Richard Zaczek, all of Gobles, Mitchell (Sandi) Johnson of Kalamazoo, Jannette (Craig) Tyler, and Liza Zaczek, all of Allegan; 12 grandchildren; 1 brother, Robert (Norene) Zaczek of Chicago; several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Brittany Tyler. Friends may meet with the family from 5 p.m. Saturday until time of memorial service at 7 p.m. Saturday at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel. Rev. Fr. Jerome M.
