Richard C. Bryant, 73 of Gobles, died Sunday, July 27, 2003 at his home. Mr. Bryant was born July 21,1930 in Dowagiac, MI the son of Chesla and Eva (Pompey) Bryant. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict serving in the U.S. Army. Surviving are 4 children, Richard of Kalamazoo, Roy of Kalamazoo, Michele Sicisco of Cincinnati,Ohio, Ida Robinson of Kalamazoo; 4 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 3 brothers, Dale of Benton Harbor, Paul of Covert, Gordon of St. Louis, MO; 2 sisters, Wanda Wares of Dowagiac and Carol Ives of Jones; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 sisters, Rosemary Robinson and Barbara Nichols. Private interment at Ft. Custer National Cemetery took place on Wednesday, July 30, 2003.
