Rebecca Ruby Dalrymple, 91 of Otsego, Michigan went home to be with her beloved husband, Oscar, on Friday, October 21, 2016. They were married for 56 years on earth and are now together for eternity. Mrs. Dalrymple was born in Allegan, Michigan on July 29, 1925, the daughter of the late David and Phoebe (Calloway) Kaylor. She enjoyed flower gardening, doing crafts, playing cards, fishing and spending time with her family. Rebecca is survived by her 3 children: Pauline (Dick) Northrop, David Dalrymple, and Roger (Dixie) Dalrymple; 9 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; her brother, Oakley Kaylor; and her brother-in-law, Morry Wuis. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Ted Thompson; brother, David; and 2 sisters, Rosa and Virginia. Friends may meet with the family on Friday, October 28, 2016 from 5-7pm at Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel where a memorial service will be held Saturday, October 29, 2016 at 10am, Pastor James Collison officiating. Interment will follow at Mountain Home Cemetery, Otsego, Michigan. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Rebecca's name to Christian Neighbors in Plainwell (PO Box 53, Plainwell, MI 49080).
