Allegan, MI, died Monday, February 28, 2005 at Bronson Methodist Hospital, Kalamazoo. Mrs. Krotz was born July 28, 1929 in Grand Rapids, the daughter of William and Joy (Clark) Klassen. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and enjoyed taking arts and crafts classes at Little Red Hen in Plainwell. Surviving are her husband, Arthur; 1 son and his wife, Richard and Darlene Krotz of Allegan; half-sister, Jerrie Lee Wilson of California. She was preceded in death by her parents; stepdad, Dennis Hartman; 1 brother, Bill; 1 sister, Betty. Friends may meet with the family from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, where funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. Pastor Joseph Phipps officiating. Interment Hudson Corners Cemetery, Allegan Twp. Memorial contributions may be made to the First Presbyterian Church, Allegan.
