age 70, of Shelbyville, passed away Wednesday, September 3, 2014 in Wayland, Michigan. He was born October 11, 1943 in Allegan, Michigan, the son of Leon and Esther (Meredith) Haywood. Paul was a member of the United Church of Wayland. He was the Owner and Operator of Paul Haywood and Sons. Paul is survived by his beloved wife Sue; his children: Paul Haywood, Jr, Brian Haywood, Sr, Scott (Jenny) Haywood; his grandchildren: Teena, Paula, Paul III, Daniel L, Daniel K, Katha, Brian, Christopher, Denise, Zoey; his great-grandchildren: Herbert, Hayley, Justin, Rubi, Aiden, Paul IV, Hunter, Bow, Jeremiah, Dually, Abigail, Carleigh, Daisy, Diesel, Sara, Luis, Monique, Homer, Carson, Mallory, Bayli, Payton; his three brothers; his four sisters; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents; his great-grandson Bow Edward; his sisters Dawn and June; and his brothers Robert and Lawrence. Friends are invited to join the family for a Remembrance Gathering at the Wayland V.F.W., 735 South Main Street, Wayland, Michigan 49348, on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at 5:00 P.M.
