Paul Joseph Belanger of Bloomingdale, Michigan passed away peacefully on May 16 th , 2023. He was born to Darrell and Lois Belanger on September 19, 1952 in Kalamazoo, MI.

Paul had a passion for staying busy, whether it be chopping wood, digging ponds, making trails in the woods, or building floating docks, but most of all he enjoyed all aspects of the Buckley Old Engine Show. Buckley gave him a chance to show off his creative side, while helping the members with the skills he learned over his many years of being a Journeyman Electrician. Paul enjoyed doing anything outdoors, including fishing, hunting, gardening, and downhill skiing (even though he hated the cold).

Paul is survived by his mother Lois Belanger, his loving wife of nearly 10 years, Natilee Belanger, his son Jeff (Colleen) Belanger, brother Marlon (Carol) Gren, and step-daughter Danielle Lantz. He is preceded in death by his father, Darrell Belanger.

A time of visitation for friends and family will be held from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM on Friday, May 26, 2023, at Gorden Funeral Residence, 528 Trowbridge St, Allegan, MI 49010. Visitation will begin with a Masonic Service presented by the local 111 Masonic Lodge of Allegan, MI. Immediately following the visitation will be a luncheon held at Merson Church, 3313 102nd Ave, Gobles, MI 49055.
