62, of Allegan, formerly of Martin, passed away in her home on Saturday January 26th, 2013. She was born September 1, 1950 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the daughter of Dale and Ann (Morre) Shively. Pat was an extremely proud and supportive military mom (Lacy, U.S. Air Force), and an amazingly loving and giving wife, mother, step-mother, and grandmother. She was an outspoken, spirited, selfless, giving lady with an unmatched sense of humor. Her selfless nature touched many people during her lifetime, in ways that will never be forgotten. She adored the view at her home on Horseshoe Cove at Miner Lake. One of her favorite hobbies was watching the Hummingbirds that gathered at her feeders at her home. She was delighted by working in her flower gardens and spending time playing and relaxing with her dog Bo. She also enjoyed playing cards with her husband Jim, and sister-in-law. Pat is survived by her husband Jim; her two daughters: Lacy Brenner of Battle Creek, Michigan, Trish Robinson, and husband Steve, their two children Jordynn and Jaycee of Montgomery, Alabama; as well as her step-daughter Jamie Germain and her four children Connor, Kensey, Leggar, and Lainey, also of Allegan, Michigan. Pat was a beautiful woman inside and out. She will be greatly missed by her husband, family, and many friends, but Pat will remain in our hearts forever. Her wishes were for no public services.
