Allegan, MI, died Saturday, January 30, 2010 at the Allegan General Hospital. Mrs. Forstner was born October 28, 1915 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Jacob and Anna (Betlej) Droszcz. She moved to Pullman from Chicago in 1949. She had been employed at Fennville Fruit for 10 years. She was a life member of the Fennville V.F.W. Post #7911 Women's Auxiliary and had been involved for many years selling poppies. Surviving are 1 son, Peter E. Forstner and Gale Morrie of Allegan; 3 grandchildren, Barry (Dodie), Kelly, and Wendy; 5 great-grandchildren, Candace, Kristin and Kathlyn Forstner, Stephen Nelson and Cameron Cole.. She was preceded in death by her husband, Peter, and her great-grandson, Scotty. Private family services were held at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel. Private interment at Ft. Custer National Cemetery, Augusta, MI.
