Norma Mae Wright, 94, of Hopkins, Michigan passed away May 13, 2026 at Grand Oaks Nursing Home in Baldwin, Michigan. Norma was born on September 2, 1931 in Allegan, Michigan to the late Sophie and Leonard Clawson, also of Hopkins, Michigan. Norma married the late Elmer W. Wright in 1954 and they spent many years together camping, fishing and gardening. She also loved spending time with family. Norma spent most of her time being a homemaker and working part time in the school cafeteria. Anyone who knew Norma knew she loved her crafts, crocheting, and plastic canvas.

She is survived by their children, Dennis Wright and Karen and Dan Davis; two grandsons, Al and Erin Watson and Travis and Holly Watson; two great grandkids, Ace and Audi Watson; and her sister, Dee Harris. Norma was preceded in death by her loving husband, Elmer and daughter, Kathy.

There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
