JOHNSON, Norma Trowbridge Twp., Allegan, MI, died Tuesday, April 16, 2002 at the Allegan General Hospital. Mrs. Johnson was born July 12, 1927 in Bloomingdale, MI, the daughter of Clarence and Muriel (Gates) Sweet. Surviving are 6 children and their spouses, Lenna and Ron Collick of Otsego, Gary and Shirley Johnson, Marilyn Champion and Dwight Etts, Roger and Tina Johnson, David and Julie Johnson, and Susan Johnson and Scott Kuykendall, all of Allegan; 14 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clair, 5 brothers and 1 sister. Friends may meet with the family from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, where funeral services will be held Friday at 10 a.m. Pastor Herb Curry officiating. Interment Rowe Cemetery, Cheshire Twp., Allegan. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Assoc.
