of Plainwell, died at his home, Sunday, November 28, 2010. Mr. Scott was born June 11, 1917, in Otsego Twp., the son of John and Myrtle (Hicks) Scott. Morris was a graduate of Otsego High School Class of 1934. He worked for Plainwell Paper for over 30 years, retiring in the early 80's. Morris loved to spent time hunting and fishing in both Upper and Lower Michigan, he was an avid duck hunter. Surviving are his 2 children, Kathy and Roger Morris of Allegan, and Maureen and David Rininger of Plainwell, 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty, son, Kenneth, and brother, Donald. Friends may meet with the family on Friday, December 3, 2010, from 6-8 pm, at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel. There will be no memorial service. Private interment at Trowbridge Methodist Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Wings of Hope Hospice or Trowbridge United Methodist Church
