Allegan, MI, died Wednesday, July 2, 2003 at the Allegan General Hospital. Mrs. Hotrum was born May 31, 1921 in Minneapolis, MN, the daughter of Jack and Eva (Burke) Pierson. She was a member of the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd and had served as treasurer, acolyte, church historian and was a member of the Altar Guild. Surviving are 1 brother and his wife, Richard and Jean Tokar of South Carolina; 4 nieces and 2 nephews, Susie Woodhams of Allegan, Paula West of Allegan, Nancy Seebaum of Longmont, CO, Sharon Pounovich, of Lockport, IL, Dean Hotrum of Tampa, FL and Bruce Hotrum of Otsego; many close friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Dean Hotrum in 1976. Graveside services will be held Tuesday at Oakwood Cemetery, Allegan at 10 a.m. A Memorial Eucharist will follow at 11 a.m. at the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd.
