of Allegan, died Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at Ely Manor. Mildred was born September 14, 1920, the daughter of James and Nora (Howell) King. She retired from JCPenney, was a member of the Living Word Family Church, and the Eastern Star and graduated from Mendota High School in Illinois. Mildred enjoyed attending church, playing cards, playing bingo, travelling and growing roses. Surviving are her children: Ella Lynch (Louis) Aguilar, Carla McDonald; her grandchildren: Ann Marie, Lorissa, Travis, Stefani, Scott, Carol, Kathy; Her great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; her sister Edna (Ross) Alexander. Mildred was preceded in death by her husband Carlton McDonald; her two children: Evelyn (Lynch) Richardson, Richard "Bud" Lynch; her sister Lucille Dhamer. Friends may meet with the family on Thursday, October 18, 2012, from 5-8 P.M. at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel. The Funeral service will be at 11 A.M. on Friday, also at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel. Pastor Austin Kreutz will officiate. Interment at Poplar Hill Cemetery. The family would like to mention there will be a luncheon following the interment at the Living Word Family Church, 247 North Main Street, Allegan, Michigan 49010.
