of Allegan, died Saturday, October 4, 2014 at his home. Mike was born December 3, 1948, in Detroit, the son of Joseph and Josephine (Kozlowski) Peplaski. He was a Veteran of the United States Army, serving in Vietnam. He worked for over 15 years at the Allegan County Road Commission. He loved to ride motorcycles, and was a proud member of Team EDNA. He loved to play and listen to music, and enjoyed playing the blues on his harmonica with some of his local musicians. Surviving are his 2 daughters: Julie and Parry Miller, April and Storm Hiscock; 2 grandchildren: Chelsea and Erika; his 2 sisters: Nancy and Joe Ferrara, Shirley and Bob Scherzer, his sister-in-law Georgia Peplaski, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his brother: Jim, and sister: Barbara. A Military graveside service will be held at Fort Custer National Cemetery in Augusta, in the spring.
