Mia was born September 23, 2013, at DeVos Children's Hospital, the daughter of Jeff and Joceylene (Daclan) Cole, who survive, also surviving are her twin sister, Cara, her A½ sister, Jasmine and Chris Warner, her grandma, Josephine Cole, her grandpa, Thomas Cole, her grandparents, Eriberto and Letecia Daclan, several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. A memorial service will be held at the First Congregational Church in Allegan, on Saturday, February 15, 2014 at 12 noon. Arrangements by the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel.
