Allegan, MI, died Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at the Allegan General Hospital. Mrs. Edgerton was born July 27, 1924 in Halls, TN, the daughter of Robert and Nell (Lawrence) Jordan. Her husband, children and grandchildren were very important to her and she loved them very much. She had been employed as the Secretary of Records at the Dyersburg Air Force Base in Halls, TN and had also worked for a short time at Rockwell. Surviving are her husband, Milton, whom she married March 2, 1944; 3 children, Steve and Sharon Edgerton and Linda and Rick Flynn, all of Allegan, and Jan Edgerton of Galesburg; 2 grandchildren, Jason and James; several cousins. There will be no visitation. Private graveside services will be held at Oakwood Cemetery, Allegan. Pastor Robert Stover officiating.
