Butcher, Mary E., Cheshire Twp., Allegan, Michigan, died Wednesday, March 27, 2002 at her home. Mrs. Butcher was born September 10, 1925 in Cheshire Twp., the daughter of Joseph & Kathryn (Hammer) Canniff. Surviving are 4 children & spouses, Barbara & Gary Parr of Lansing, Cathy & James Marshall of Fennville, Joseph & Vicki Butcher of Florida and Marlene Guyton of Parchment; 13 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; half sister, Arlyne Marshall of Lincoln, MI. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ken, in 2001. There will be no visitation. Graveside services will be held at Rowe Cemetery in Cheshire Twp. Saturday at 11 am. Pastor Al Lambert officiating. Memorials may be made to Wings of Hope Hospice. Arrangements by the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel.
