South Haven, MI, formerly of Allegan, died Sunday, July 17, 2005 at her home. Mrs. Webster was born May 17, 1940 in Allegan, the daughter of Henry and Eleanor (Nevett) Steffen. She was a nurse at Allegan General Hospital and South Haven Hospital and provided private nursing care to many ladies in the Allegan area over the years. Surviving are 1 daughter, Sandra White of South Haven; 3 grandchildren, Cory, Lucas and Lacey; 1 great grandson, Matthew; 1 brother Philip A. Steffen of Allegan; 1 sister, Margaret (Raymond) VanderVere of Tacoma, WA; several nieces and nephews, including Summer R. Land of California. She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers, David and LeRoy Steffen. Friends may meet with the family from 2 p.m. Wednesday until time of service at 3 p.m. at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel.
